Sure it is. But the message was meant for the UT management only and I made a mistake by posting it as a public message. Later I sent him the message as private, but I'm unable to withdraw my own message here. Okay, here's the content. I don't think Michael will mind too much.

Having to renew within one or two weeks, I'm not at all prepared to pay the HST (which, I presume, is similar to VAT). You should apply the zero rate. If you (formally have to) disagree, then please show me evidence proofing why you apply 15 percent.

Eventually, if you insist, I'll consider bringing it to the attention of the Dutch Tax Department and eventually even to Dutch and European politicians.

Please, don't take this personally. I understand that you don't want this all.

Michael replied and I replied back that I'll contact Dutch Tax Department about it. We'll see, and I'll keep you all informed.
Groet,
Peter de Valença

Constructive frustration is the breeding ground of genius.
If there’s no willingness to moderate for the sake of good debate, then I have no willingness to debate at all.
Let's develop superb standards that will end the holy wars.

If you find this message rude or offensive or stupid, please take a step away from the keyboard and try to think calmly about an eventual a possible alternative explanation of my message.
