I am not talking about connection problem. The problem was it was impossible to set the needed properties of the recordset and to get the proper result. Using the second approach (as I explained) for all objects involved, for connection and for recordset, helped to resolve the issue.
>My problem is not connecting, it's when the "UPDATE" command in my Stored Procdure fires, the rest of the code in the Stored Procdure is skipped (for a better use of words) when calling the stored procdure via ADODB. If I call the stored procedure via ODBC, all the lines execute.
