It has been a long time I don't use Turkish chars on my projects but as I remember before what I did was to compile all sources under Turkish codepage + mark all dbfs with Turkish codepage. Use cpzero to mark all tables (and remember besides dbf, vcx, scx, mnx etc are tables too).
