Sorry, I cannot help you here: it is not related to the idea I suggested.

Do not know what kind of PDF printer you are using, but try to review:
- whether it is the active printer,
- whether you set it properly in the code if it is not a default windows printer,
- whether all options needed for the printer are set properly if you print manually from Excel, and they are all the very same when you print it from the code.
