Sorry for jumping in, but on my computer when I run a DOS application such a Norton Commander or something it occupies 100% of CPU. Nobody can connect to my computer then (whith norma speed, S/He must wait a looooong time :o))) Is this DOS application has a cykle or something like that? Also try to set priority of that process to lowest possible to see if this make a difference.
