We've recently upgrade one of our web server to 2003 (from 2000 server) and we're having problems accessing a share on a 2000 Server. This problem recently started when the upgrade occurred. Prior to that the 2000 web server was able to access the shared perfectly fine.

We have a strong feeling that security plays a big part in this problem but we just can't seem to pin-point a solution.

We've allowed full rights to the Everyone Group. You can access the shared folder from the 2003 server machine as long you are logged in as a domain account. We've specifically added the Network, ASPNET and "everything we can think of" process to have access to the shared folder - we're pretty much at the end of the rope here. We've even gone as far as setting anonymous users to have access to this folder. Everyone can get to the folder except for this 2003 web server.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
