I personally have all my machines crunching for D2OL ( child disease, SARS, Malaria research and the like ). You have unbelievable stats servers to see how you are doing.
My main computer @ home uses an AMD FX-53 watercooled and OCZ memory, and since i am away for meetings most of the day, let me tell you it crunches those candidates like crazy.
