Didn't want to mess with that table because it is the main table in the system.

Finally figured out (with the help of Hilmar Zonneveld) to use the "Create Cursor" command adding only the fields needed for the labels and then plugging in n blank records before inserting records from the Table. Was able to do it after all "filtering" was done.
It works great. . . and the temporary cursor goes away when you close the Form.
