Is it a US thing - it sure seems that way - we have a triple deficit running (trade, current accounts and debt). The only thing we have left to pad the bulge of our waining virility are little tid bits like "I know where you live!" And google - thankfully - provides us the amunition.

But with those searches you have to have specifics like state and knowledge of items other than phone number. Usually, when someone has my number and wants to meet me - they call. With a phone [number] only look up it would too easy to surprise me! I'd prefer to know a body is coming over - at least I can change out of my PJ's and pink-bunny slippers!:)
