Just put Your Title in Page Header instead of Title Band. If You want this title to be visible ONLY in preview (not when printing) try this (keep in mind it is not tested)
in Print When of ALL controls of Page Header put:
(_pageno == 1 .OR. SYS(2040) == 1)
Check Remove Line if Blank
