Hi,

I am building views in a database that reference a different database. (eg 'Select * from DatabaseA.dbo.table1')

At some point in the future I am going to need to switch to another (identical) database. Obviously I don't want to have to modify all the views - is there a strategy I can adopt to avoid 'hard-coding' the db name ?
