Yes, it does. The builder re-sets libraries, that's the problem. It takes it for the project whose name is set in AppIncl.dbf.
I discussed this problem with my colleagues and manager. I think, we have to set up one common place for data and libraries, etc. which is shared between projects. But we need to put each project in its own directory.
I lost the whole day today :( But I hope to raise this problem tomorrow and get it solved the right way.
