frxpreview_loc.h is in your xsource directory somewhere - you'd need to translate these and recompile the app. I've also seen a few error messages in the source itself that would need to be translated, too.

Didn't try this with the new preview (all my reports on this job go to Excel, didn't touch frxes for a year now), but generally you can always use

oPreviewForm=createobject("form")
oPreviewForm.caption="whatever you want"
oPreviewForm.windowstate=2 && or whatever is there to maximize it
report form ... preview window (oPreviewForm.name) ...
release oPreviewForm

update: In your other message I see you've found the form that the new preview uses. You can just set a breakpoint on its caption and find out where is it changed.
