>There are good ones and there are many bad ones. But if you can find a good knowledgeable friendly consultant, hire him. He would be of great help. But in my opinion, they are very hard to find.
Because most of the CEO trust to stupid presentations and vaunt words of bad consultants. Good consultanst usualy said that the project has that kind of problems, which have to be cleaned and that this will not be done in a way which CEO think.
When I say this to some of the customers they break the contract. But I have clients which for every change like to make big discussions, which lose our time, but after that they are sure in every weaknesses of the way that they chose for the project development
