To run unchanged on the Internet, you'd need to use MS Terminal Services or Citrix which just creates a remote terminal to run your application. Many Application Service Providers use these technologies.
Otherwise, if you want it to be a "real" web application you'll need to recreate your application's forms as HTML. If your application code is in the form of a Business Object or something similar (where you're not mixing a lot of code with the gui forms) then it may be fairly portable to the web. VFP reports can run unchanged as PDFs. The technical implementation involves creating a vfp mtdll that has your application logic and processes HTML templates...
