If someone can help me, I would really appreciate it

I am using someone's computer that has a Microsoft Natural Keyboard, and the Ctrl+F2 function that normally gives me the command window, is giving me the pre-programmed function "Undo" and it is driving me batty!!! I cannot figure out how to stop this from happening ... does anyone know???
