I have tried Armadillo with VFP's COM DLLs and I got errors. In their support board there is an interesting thread about this:

If I leave the Data after program to leave completely alone the dll works, this has to be set to this or it will not work, get a GP fault all the the with other settings.

but have found that it can be refoxed.

Do you think there is any way to get this to work?

The final answer never came. So my guess is Armadillo cannot protect VFP's COM DLL's while maitaining their functionality.
