Meanwhile I downloaded latest shareware version from their site, built a quick'n'dirty mtdll (returns a sum of two numbers stored in it's properties) and protected it.

x = CreateObject("test.MyDLL") shows the "loading", then the shareware notice, and after I click Ok, "Catastrophic failure". So it still doesn't work. I have to mention that the same code, built as standard exe is protected and works.
