I think INSERT BLANK is a terrible suggestion, it's extremely sloooooow, and not supported anymore. With supported I don't mean that it does not work, but it's only included for backward compatibility, and it is not even in help anymore. I always try to tell people how they should do things the correct way, and if they are on the wrong track, I try as hard as I can to encourage them to redesign or rethink.
