Hi, I've been at this for about 3 months, and STILL cannot find anything useful or current. If anyone can find it in their hearts to put an end to my misery by helping me out i'd pay you back with a big "THANKS!"

I'm trying to send a report to a PDF file instead of a printer. No "save as" dialog box, or prompt of any kind. I'd like to specify the report, and the output file path and name.

The closest thing i found was a very old, and outdated post:

I'm using acrobat 6 right now, which doesn't contain the required files.

The ideal solution would include an activeX control, or something that will not require the acrobat distiller to be installed on every user's pc. But I can't be picky. Anything will do at this point.
