For first one we make module of the same app in .Net first, because client was not satisfied from performance we re-write it in VFP. Cost are based on spent time for development.
Second one was evaluation of transfer(clone) of VFP application in web one. Evaluations of VFP and .Net teams show us that we have to prefer .Net technology
