I have done this sergy but still no joy. If I use CMD and cd to the directory and type:

pdmimp.bat pic.tif

It works fine. But if I create a PRG and in the program type the following:

RUN '\\lean\c$\picturetest\pdmimp.bat' '\\lean\c$\picturetest\pic.tif'

Nothing happens. Im a little stuck. Do you think the run command together with trying to call a bat file with parameter is the problem. Can I do it another way.
