Thanks for your reply! this looks promising, gonna have to change my whole AppPrinter routine and test it, but it looks like it will do this much better then what i had/have. i have to see that this dll is available on windows98 and up. in the msdn help it only talks about windowsNT, Rick on the other hand talks about windows98 and windowsNT - so i have to see.

i'll let you know how it turns out.
