It's ok now Cetin, I was able to figure out the problem but don't understand why it seems to work. Instead of creating a new Web Service project in localhost, I directly created them in my external Web server (remote).
It was not working before because I just FTP'd all the files (.asmx and .dll) directly.
I'm not a fan of web services too but I found it useful for my clients to use web services to download updates automatically if I have new updates to my VFP Application (.EXE files) without the need of FTP or EMAIL, My client won't notice that their EXE runtime is being updated with new version.
