Then it seems the class, age.vcx, has some problem. Perhaps it was created for a more recent version of VFP (although you state that you use VFP 9), or has some incompatibility with this latest version.

To test this, you might try to COMPILE CLASSLIB instead of building the project - although I don't know if it really helps!

Another possibility is that the data in the class library is corrupted. In this case, you might try to create the class yourself, instead of copying it, and copy the methods one at a time, from the original class (which you may open in a temporary project), into your project. Also check the properties, and copy them. While you do this, check whether any of the methods doesn't have strange symbols instead of VFP-code, especially at the end of the method.
