Nope. The report writer interface is inherited from FP 1.0 (though the .frx format was moved from tab-delimited into .dbf with 2.0), and the menu design is basically the same as it was in 1.0. The porting to Windows which was done in FPW2.5 is practically unchanged since. Yes, the report has got a dataenvironment object, but it itself ain't one. Truly speaking, I'd love it to be OO - imagine having report header classes, style classes etc.
