Without that on, my reporting system locks up the machine every hour or so, even to the point of the blue screen of death sometimes. And even though we know about it, whenever a machine gets logged on under a new username the setting seems to default back to not being turned on.

I seem to forget myself every once in a while... I just wanted to suggest you'd write a DefaultLogin class and set it as a system-wide default...
