On top of reading those recommended books, have a look at
http://www.mindleaders.com, there are some pretty cheap online C# courses there. (please note that I am a reseller of these courses) but do not stand to gain anything if you buy directly from mindleaders.
Also if you are a member of the ACM you get access to some free online C# (amongst a lot of others) courses.
