I have the data binding working to the DevExpress Data Grid with just a small problem.

It appears that any formatting that I put in the DevExpress Grid is being ignored. I am getting the entire table values returned with the column headers being the field names. I wanted to use a custom header and display only certain columns. It seems everything gets overridden by the bindingsource within mmGridControl.

Any thoughts on why or how to correct this? I'm not finding any info anywhere to fix.

One other thing that is happening as well is that I am setting the NavControl to the mmGridControl1 in the constructor and it also is being ignored. Even though I can go through the grid to the different rows, other data on the form is not updating according to the data in the grid.
