I have vfp 8 or 9 application exe in a Windows 98 computer.

When trying to run this exe file from a Windows XP computer, the following
message occurs

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

and application won't start.

Same exe file created by VFP 7 runs OK.
Running this application from C: drive under XP or from Windows 98 works OK.

Any idea ?
