Do you see anything there that explicitly says you can not? My point was the EULA says you can not hack the VFP executables and the DLLs, modify them and/or then recompile them. No software company allows you to do that with the exception of open source, and even that has certain limitations and restrictions. I would also be confident in saying that Apple would take issue with you if you modified their OS executables and DLLs in order to make "non-MAC" software run on their systems.
