First printer wasn't set but with little digging I got it to work in my demo code.

To examine just add line

report form (lcReport) &lcExtra noconsole to file "C:\SOME_EXISTING_DIR\DEMO.PS"

after the

report form (lcReport) &lcExtra noconsole to file &lcPSFile

in pdfrun.print2pdf

and then look the DEMO.PS
