Hmmm, but without further information there are mighty grey areas. Think in the possibility of running vfp8 (IDE and runtime) under NT4 after copying gdiplus dlls. I can understand MS wanting to save testing for an OS declared "not supported", but would that be a "intended technical limitation" that could be forbidden with wording such as in the new EULA ?

The wording is quite logical, very encompassing and could touch a lot of things. I hope that such wording will only lead to more isuues be deemed unlawful or not be included in the license - which happened to some MS clauses forbidding resale of MS products in germany. But before I consult a lawyer before buying software, I would just buy/get another alternative <g>
