I'm looking for a solution that can process large PDF files to separate out individual documents. I'm scanning in insurance certificates, some of which are single page, others multi page. I'd like to process those intelligently, splitting out each individual certificate into a separate PDF file with the appropriate number of pages.

I'm thinking that I could paste a bar code on page 1 of each document prior to scanning to PDF, and software could determine where the breaks occur.

Does anyone do this or have any leads to add-ins I could use? I've looked at Omni Page Pro 14, but I'm not sure if tha will do what I want.
