Launch VFP 9.0 and press F1 to bring up the help.

Go to the Contents page and expand the Samples and Walkthroughs node. Then expand Walkthroughs. At this point you will see Walkthrough: Creating XML Web Services with Visual FoxPro.

The text is well written and easily understood ... we just published a web service yesterday with it ... our first one. Imagine my surprise when everything worked as advertised.

The big surprise to us was the availability of "XML Web Services" on Visual FoxPro's Task Pane Manager, you have to expand the window out pretty wide to see the tab.
