I am just trying to imagine a situation where a customer needs to use our program for Pocket PC. All they would need is the .NET Compact Framework installed on the PocketPC. And I don't want to "force" them to have the entire .NET framework, if I can help it. You see, there is always a liability when you install something on a client's PC. If they ever have a problem(s) with OS or anything else, they will "track" it back to something I did <g>.
But, I guess, if there is no way to install the .NET Compact Framework without having .NET, I will have to live with it.
