I would argue your not getting around the 2 gig size limit on dbf's because your not making the dbf hold more data than 2 gig. Basicly the EULA's statement is useless, unless you actually change the VFP Source code to overcome a VFP Limit. Only Microsoft can overcome VFP Limits.

That's my statement and I'm sticking to it. :)

I still say that if you use an SQL Server backend for the express purpose of getting around the limitations of dbf's (2 gig size limit for example), then you are in violation of the EULA, since VFP is engineered with that limitation, and it can't be considered a bug.
