Have you tried changing anything with SET MEMOWIDTH ??? maybe by setting to a LARGER default (longer than expected print capacity per line), it may allow the internal MEMOWIDTH breaking point and let the words stream normally, then let the actual report determine the cut-off point per line and properly break at a space...
