ActiveX controls in VFP
I noticed you mentioning datasource as one of the properties not visible within
VFP. This may be because the version you have is expecting to be bound to a VB data control? Perhaps another version of the spread control can connect to an alternate data source such as an OLEDB or ADO recordset provider, and might be visible in VFP?
What version of the ActiveX do you have?
There are sometimes different controls within the same release that use different data sources.
If you wish to populate the grid, can you do it manually with AddRow/AddItem or the equivalent?
I've forgotten the syntax for this control, but it may not have any add methods at all and you may just have to set rows and columns properties and fill them in like an array.
