In general I don't think there is one - or if there is it's pretty high (lots of Mbs). Only setting I know that restricts this is the MaxPostSize setting in the registry but I think this only applies to MSSOAP.

BTW if you're sure your XML is valid you could still use my suggestion of .Send(FileToStr()) - the XMLDOM is superfluous...
