Yes, from the command window "do packer" works fine.
Yes, from explorer, it trashes the data.
Yes, both on the same computer. Actually, I have repeated this on different computers.

The DBC and all tables are definatly excluded from the project.
Yes all tables have always been in the same folder as the DBC.
