You'd need to load an NDIS driver and MSNet client in real-mode, since Win95's networking wouldn't have been loaded (the protected mode drivers, networking client and required support .DLLs won't fit on a floppy; you're running in essentially on a DOS 7.x machine without any of the Win95 environment really available.)
