I would also like to know what are some of the important issues related to converting from fpd2.6 to vfp.
Please let me know what you may have found out!

Here are some of the things I had to do:

1. I did have to edit the genmenu.prg to not make any reference to
paths or lockfile().
2. I manually tested each functiion individualy by still maintaining existing functionality.
3. I used the Courier font for all screen conversions.
4. I used the : Set printer to getprinter() for all print jobs.
5. I am busy looking at VFPframe as a means of shortening the learning curve.
6. I try not to use any path referencing in all of my programs.
7. I have not yet added the tables to the datadictionery.
I am running both FPD and VFP concurrenly until such time
VFP 5 is stable. Our users are using VFP as a test.
