You always end up paying taxes, even indirectly. Corporations pays taxes and they include these fees in the total price they charge you. It's just that UT clearly state the amount of taxes you pay.
It's not because it's not a tangible product that it should be tax free. Lawyers, consultants, psychologists, etc, don't offer tangible products...
And it's not because the US do or don't do something that every nations of the world should do the same...
Now, I didn't mean to start a flame war. It's just that it seem to me that there exist far more injustice in the world that just the 21.30$ taxes that the canadian governement may charge you to waste my energy on this subject...
