Thanks for the reply Marcia. The light had finally gone on! I had found the ListBox vs. Combobox issue. The sad thing was I don't know how many times I've read through your white paper and samples and still didn't get it!!!!!! It's one of those things that you know it's something simple and it would be better to leave it sit for a while but you just keep struggling through.

I've got the listbox working great, and now I'm working on implementing a checkbox in the grid to allow the user to assign the order to the selected driver.
