I wouldn't be so concerned except that it has been almost 8 hours and no email with the licenses yet...

Generally I can understand what someone is saying if their accent is really strong - but of course there are the few occasions that I can't (such as last night when dealing with Sprint PCS & trying to get my fine new $650 cellphone/pocketPC to connect to the internet properly). After I've said the same thing 5 or 6 times I finally ask to talk to someone else and nicely tell them that I simply can't understand what they're saying. Seems kind of stupid to me that such a problem should even happen. I spent almost 40 minutes talking to someone (well 2 people actually) and it SHOULD of taken more like 5 minutes. If it takes 8 times as long to do anything, how much money are they saving by this outsourcing?
