Set Rant ON

That might be true, but it's still the fault of the employeer. I just got back from 7-11 and I stood there for over 10 minutes while this bozo behind the counter was trying to ring up stuff on the register... and there were only 2 people in front of me! The poor girl in front wanted nothing other than "10 dollars of gas on number 3". Now hey, I'm generally a live-and-let-live type of a guy, but you know what???.... if you don't speak/understand english good enough to be understood then employeers have NO BUSINESS hiring you to work with the public! Now I watched this girl say the same 7 words over and over and over - it was driving me nuts! She's waving a 10 dollar bill and pointing to a car sitting at a gas pump - she started out polite but as time progressed.....And you don't even wanna know how it went with the guy after her because he wanted a pack of smokes. By the time I got to the front of the line my patience was so worn that I decided to let the guy know how I felt...heh. I'm sure he understood I was upset but that's probably all he got. So explain to me why anyone would be dumb enough to hire a person to work in such a position that didn't have the proper communication skills to deal with people? This is no different that Micr$oft or Sprint hiring people that can't communicate with their customers - gross irresponsobility and complete disregard for their paying customers. I of course make an issue of it and complain - my time is to presious to spend it standing in a line or repeating myself 20 times on the phone.

Set RANT OFF.
