No, Borislav, I tried today morning, but still the problem persist, means it quits from the application, everything is normal, but when I open the project again it says "File access is denied d:\coolpos\coolpos.pjx" and at the time of shutting down the error message appear "Cannot Quit Visual Foxpro".

I put your code in stored procedure and on master form on exit button (Click Procedure) where the menu is defined I initialize the variable (want_to_exit = .T.) then I typed ThisForm.Release

Am I missing something ????
