Not a case of belief. I've done it twice, and my Canadian visitors to UK have done it back in Canada. In UK the agency is, can't quite remember, but "up north", in Newcastle or thereabouts. So yeah, somewhere along the line a govt. may be claiming back off the other.

Anyway, I know you like a good argument, Peter, but I'm not getting into one. I put this forward as you asked for contribution to your thread, thinking someone else may know more about this or whether it's applicable to the tax on UT membership.
