I didn't explain it good enough, I think. If I am selling a product and my state charges me some taxes, those taxes will be included in the price. After all it's a matter of point of view: what do you want to pay? $100, no taxes or $80 + VAT? Isn't this the same thing? I will pay the vat to state anyway, so we are actually speaking about customer paying 100 and vendor receiving 80.
